Chief Executive Officer

After graduating from the University of Tennessee with degrees in Electrical Engineering Mr. Roberts moved to the Dallas, Texas area in 1977 where he worked for Texas Instruments. He held positions as an IC designer, prototype product manufacturing manager, and test engineering manager in a special function IC design group at TI before leaving for a position at Mostek in 1979.

At Mostek Mr. Roberts managed an engineering team which was responsible for all production test and burn-in equipment for the memory and interface products line at the Carrolton, TX location. His organization had all purchase selection responsibility for laboratory as well as final test equipment and performed design of interface and new function test hardware for new product test needs.

Mr. Roberts joined InterFET in 1984 and has had a number of responsibilities since that time. These include applications and sales engineering support, product engineering manager, quality assurance manager, VP of Sales and Marketing, and VP of Operations. He assumed the responsibility of President, CEO and Chairman of InterFET Corporation in 1997 and has held these positions since.

Mr. Roberts lives in Plano TX and enjoys volunteer work at his church, traveling with his wife, and spending time with his family.

Jerry McIntire

Vice President and Plant Manager

Mr. McIntire has over 50 years of management and technical experience in the semiconductor industry. He was one of the original 5 founders of InterFET Corporation in 1982 and is also a member of the board of directors.

Previously, Mr. McIntire worked for Texas Instruments as an Engineering Tech in Silicon Small Signal. After 15 years with TI, the division was sold, and it was at that point that he and 4 others founded InterFET Corporation.

Mr. McIntire has led multiple strategic initiatives that have improved the company’s operational and manufacturing performance. He is still very active in the company and a key team member.

Quentin Owen

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Owen joined InterFET in 2021, bringing over 30 years of manufacturing, supply chain management, and operations experience to InterFET. He strategically directs InterFET’s manufacturing activities, providing oversight and guidance to our production team. Quentin is directly responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies, production planning, process/systems optimization, and continuous improvement.

Quentin graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in electrical engineering and UT Dallas with an MBA specializing in international business and has held leadership positions at various technology companies. He specializes in global manufacturing, supply chain management, and materials.

Alan Bennett

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Bennett joined the company in January of 2015 and presently serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this capacity Alan is responsible for all aspects of the company’s sales operations, product management and marketing strategies.

With a career spanning several Fortune 1000 semiconductor manufacturers, Alan has accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise. His tenure has seen him effectively manage independent representatives, direct sales teams, and customer service organizations. Alan’s strategic acumen extends beyond borders, as he has successfully overseen distribution channels on both domestic and international fronts.

Shawnya Dickson

Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer

Ms. Dickson joined the company in January 2019 and presently serves as the CFO. In her role, she handles the day-to- day accounting operations, human resources and financial reporting. She provides leadership in strong accounting processes and controls, KPI’s, cash management, interim financing and thorough knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial reporting and tax. Collaborates with management on salary review and market analysis, operational forecasting, and strategic planning.

Over 20 years of technical accounting and financial reporting experience in public and private sectors. Including banking and financial services, hospitality, food and beverage, oil & gas, and publishing. Areas of expertise include GAAP accounting, audits including SEC reporting and SOX, financial reporting and analysis, revenue recognition, budget and forecasting, internal controls and standard operating procedures, cost containment, consolidations & multi-unit P&Ls, Tax.

Steve Allen

Vice President of Quality Assurance

Mr. Allen joined the company in April 2021 and currently oversees Quality, Regulatory, Safety, and Cybersecurity functions.

With a distinguished career in semiconductor manufacturing, Mr. Allen has demonstrated expertise in achieving world-class production standards. His experience spans international thermoelectrics, greenfield startups in battery and semiconductor industries, and the implementation of ISO standards for medical, reliability, environmental, and manufacturing excellence.

Mr. Allen has also contributed to national defense initiatives, including night vision technology and export controls, ensuring secure and compliant deliverables. From hands-on technical roles to leading large teams, his leadership has consistently driven innovation and delivered successful business outcomes.
