Chief Executive Officer
After graduating from the University of Tennessee with degrees in Electrical Engineering Mr. Roberts moved to the Dallas, Texas area in 1977 where he worked for Texas Instruments. He held positions as an IC designer, prototype product manufacturing manager, and test engineering manager in a special function IC design group at TI before leaving for a position at Mostek in 1979.
At Mostek Mr. Roberts managed an engineering team which was responsible for all production test and burn-in equipment for the memory and interface products line at the Carrolton, TX location. His organization had all purchase selection responsibility for laboratory as well as final test equipment and performed design of interface and new function test hardware for new product test needs.
Mr. Roberts joined InterFET in 1984 and has had a number of responsibilities since that time. These include applications and sales engineering support, product engineering manager, quality assurance manager, VP of Sales and Marketing, and VP of Operations. He assumed the responsibility of President, CEO and Chairman of InterFET Corporation in 1997 and has held these positions since.
Mr. Roberts lives in Plano TX and enjoys volunteer work at his church, traveling with his wife, and spending time with his family.
Vice President and Plant Manager
Mr. McIntire has over 50 years of management and technical experience in the semiconductor industry. He was one of the original 5 founders of InterFET Corporation in 1982 and is also a member of the board of directors.
Previously, Mr. Mcintire worked for Texas Instruments as an Engineering Tech in Silicon Small Signal. After 15 years with TI, the division was sold and it was at that point that he and 4 others founded InterFET Corporation.
Mr. McIntire has led multiple strategic initiatives that have improved the company’s operational and manufacturing performance. He is still very active in the company and a key team member.
Mr. Heald joined the company in January of 2018 and presently serves as the General Manager. In this capacity he has been responsible for overseeing the daily operations of engineering, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and manufacturing. Art believes that successfully growing a business requires highly functional teams and a strong engineering foundation. Art’s background is in Engineering and he has managed multiple wafer fabs locations, initiated new part qualifications, designed and implemented the InterFET website, and field supported customer implementations.
Prior to InterFET, Mr. Heald was the hardware/mechanical engineering director of the video and control group at Harman International. In this capacity, Mr. Heald’s group delivered touch panels, video products, and control products for enterprise, education, and government markets. A seasoned Analog designer, Mr. Heald was often involved in front-end designs, battery safety circuitry implementation, Audio designs, wireless implementations, and control circuitry designs. In this position, Mr. Heald managed overseas design and manufacturing resources; efficiently delivering turn-key products and joint engineering solutions.
Director, Sales and Marketing
Mr. Farrar is leading the InterFET Sales and Marketing Departments to expand into new markets and develop new customers, while strengthening relationships with established clients. One of his prime focuses is new Product Development leveraging JFET as a base technology. Mr Farrar also is responsible for evangelizing InterFET’s JFET technology in areas where High Precision and Low Noise capability improves performance. With the explosive growth of sensor technology and Internet of Things (IoT), this is an exciting challenge!
Mr. Farrar has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, working for or representing companies such as Micron, On Semiconductor, Samsung, Cypress, Austria Micro Systems, Microsemi and Broadcom. He also has a well-rounded background encompassing Hardware Products, High Reliability and Secure Software, Embedded Software, Internet of Things Systems, and High Performance Computing Systems. Mr. Farrar began his career in Hardware electronics design, expanded into Software Development, and worked as an Applications/Systems Engineer before moving into Sales and Sales Management. He holds a BSEE degree from Texas A&M University, MSEE from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Korth manages InterFET’s operational activities including production planning, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, product costing, budgeting, fulfillment, and KPIs. He provides leadership, expertise, and project management for ERP/MRP system usage and improvements. He also contributes and participates in InterFET’s strategic management via business planning, decision making, process management, initiative realization, and transformational change.
Prior to InterFET, Mr. Korth managed new product introductions from concept to full production for consumer electronics systems as both a portfolio manager and project manager. He enjoyed a successful early career in leading design verification and QA testing efforts for new technology products across various industries.
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Dickson joined the company in January 2019 and presently serves as the CFO. In her role, she handles the day-to- day accounting operations, human resources and financial reporting. She provides leadership in strong accounting processes and controls, KPI’s, cash management, interim financing and thorough knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial reporting and tax. Collaborates with management on salary review and market analysis, operational forecasting and strategic planning.
Over 20 years of technical accounting and financial reporting experience in public and private sectors. Including banking and financial services, hospitality, food and beverage, oil & gas and publishing. Areas of expertise include GAAP accounting, audits including SEC reporting and SOX, financial reporting and analysis, revenue recognition, budget and forecasting, internal controls and standard operating procedures, cost containment, consolidations & multi-unit P&Ls, Tax.
Mr. Schuyler has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas, Lawrence and is an active member in the IMAPS technical society.
Mr. Schuyler is a Vice President and has been a member of the InterFET team since early 1993. Initial responsibility was for the High Temperature Hybrid Microelectronics activity. Duties include technical interface with suppliers and customers and assuring that the InterFET production documentation, practices, processes and quality policies are consistent with industry norms.
Prior to joining InterFET Mr. Schuyler held key managerial and executive positions related to engineering and operations in support of SMT and MCM manufacturing. Areas of expertise include completion of technical objectives required for the successful development, production implementation, and management of resources to meet cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction goals.
