InterFET introduces a new product

Richardson,TX (Monday, April 06, 2009) --

InterFET introduced a new N-channel low noise, high gain JFET with integrated back-to-back diodes. Designated the IFND89, it is packaged in the 5-leaded SC70 package, and is well suited to applications requiring high gain, low noise, and low pinch-off voltage (less than .9 volts). It offers several advantages to the designer such as providing over-voltage protection by clipping transcient spikes, and the low current/low voltage capability makes the IFND89 ideal for battery operation. It is offered in the 5 leaded SC-70 package, as well as in bumped or standard die format.Contact InterFET today for samples and pricing.
